Google starts Up Android lollipop for nexus5,7,10 devices.

         Google has officially announced the OTA updates for old nexus devices Via tweeter. According to the tweet the lollipop will come on most of the Nexus devices. It didn’t specify which devices are going to get the Updates but we can safely assume that Nexus Devices will surely get the update.

Material Design:

          The first change in this latest version is its material design.     The next in it is the redesigned shapes of navigation keys on the home screen. The back button is triangular, home button is circular and the open apps button is now in square shape.

          Another interesting change in it is the new app switcher menu. The improved app menu uses the smart slider functionality so that you can flip your recently viewed apps vertically and can even hide unrequired apps by sliding them sideways.

Redesigned keyboard:

        The new version has redesigned keyboard. The keyboard has a white background and the there are no borders for separating the letters and also has dark text for better clarity. The new android Lollipop also provides aceess to different Indian language include Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malyalam and Bengali supported keyboard so that every can easily use it without requring  any other third-party apps.

Notification panel:

              There is also change in the notification panel; the panel includes the Notifications and quick settings menu in a single screen. Now with this change you can easily change the settings, if you pull down once you can see display notifications, pull again and settings toggles will appear and the notifications appear as white strips that display dark text.

 Lock Screen notifications:

            There is a lock screen notification option so that to view the messages, updates or notifications you don’t have to open the screen lock. And the new version also allows more control over the notification panel. The user can choose so that only important notifications will be appear on the screen by selecting options in the Settings.

Dialer Pad:

     The new dialer pad has now dark lines to separate between numbers and the digits will appear in the blue color on the white background. This creates a new interface experience to the user.

 Multiple user Profile:

               The new version shows a multiple user profile option to the android phones so that you can share your device with others without allowing them to use your personal apps and data.

 Pin Apps:

     This is one of the interesting feature in the android lollipop that lets you to pin the required tabs. You can pin the each card in the multi tasking menu with just a single tap so that without entering the password user can’t leave that app. This feature avoids others to mess with your device.

Redesigned Calculator:

        The calculator in the latest version has some changes like the scientific pad has green color background and is on the top of the number pad and the there is no dark lines that separates different numbers and various symbols.
